The Assembly of Independant Eurasian States was a short-lived supranational organization formed after the collapse of the Eurasian Soviet following the Third World War, coming about as the post-war occupation governments loosened their control, and the resulting independent nations sought solidarity outside of the Western Sphere Hegemony. Eventually, during the interwar period leading up to the [[Martian Conflict[[, the AIES would formally join with the Western Sphere Hegemony to form the Terran Hegemony.
