The OUDF 1st Lorica Regiment has the distinction of being the world's first publicly-acknowledged Humanoid Robotics combat organization and the first unit formed in any military to deploy vehicles patterned after the Lorica standards. The unit was organized and acknowledged in 2029 and first fielded the Durandal Arsenal Julius, and would go on to serve with distinction in the North African Wars and the Third World War.
